Chef Eric has over 20 years of restaurant experience both in the kitchen and in management. He is Le Cordon Bleu trained and a graduate of Scottsdale Culinary Institute. Of all the kitchens Eric worked in locally he most enjoyed his time at the world renowned T Cooks at the Royal Palms Resort. It was here that he developed a passion for cooking seasonally using locally sourced ingredients.
Being from Los Angeles Julia had many great meals from local gourmet food trucks that have been a staple in the area for years. So, when Chef Eric said he wanted to start a food truck business the couple then had to decide what type of cuisine to serve. The idea of crème brulee came up and stuck. With Chef Eric being French trained and Julia an avid crème Brulee fan it made perfect sense. They loved knowing they could bring the decadent dessert, usually found only in high end restaurants, to the streets!
