Being from Los Angeles Julia had many great meals from local gourmet food trucks that have been a staple in the area for years. So, when Chef Eric said he wanted to start a food truck business the couple then had to decide what type of cuisine to serve. The idea of crème brulee came up and stuck. With Chef Eric being French trained and Julia an avid crème Brulee fan it made perfect sense. They loved knowing they could bring the decadent dessert, usually found only in high end restaurants, to the streets!

Did you know that crème brulee is naturally gluten free? True! Ours is made using only natural ingredients with nothing artificial.
