Our Le Cordon Bleu trained Chef, Eric Ireland, and his wife Julia started the original crème brulee truck in Phoenix in May 2010. That has blossomed into a crème brulee cart and most recently, a brick & mortar restaurant located in Lawrence, KS! The sweet green food truck can be spotted from Topeka to Kansas City bringing over 30 flavors of torched-to-order crème brulee to the streets!
Fork To Fender is a unique concept! There’s a regular menu and full bar available daily except Monday when we’re closed. F2F is also our local Lawrence food truck hub where the trucks serve on a weekly basis. Buy your food at the truck and come on indoors to enjoy eating in comfort…..and with a locally crafted beer if that’s your thing!
Both the food truck and the crème brulee cart are available for weddings, parties and celebrations of all kinds. More formal? We can set up a torching station where guests get to enjoy seeing their crème brulee carmelized right before their eyes! All natural ingredients & gluten free.
